Alison Brown has over 10 years of experience in renewable energy. She has worked on a wide variety of alternative energy projects including residential solar and battery projects, smart grid pilot programs, commercial fuel cells and utility scale photovoltaic installations. Across all of her projects, she maintains a reputation for high quality work, strong communication and satisfied customers.

In 2016, Alison founded Flux Energy Systems to improve the reliability of alternative energy infrastructure. The performance of any technology is directly related to the quality of its installation. Improving the designs and incorporating integrity into every project decision will make the alternative energy industry durable and more competitive with the conventional power grid.

Alison holds a B.A. in Physics from Middlebury College and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She was a recipient of the 2009 Transatlantic Renewable Energy Fellowship.

Mufaddal Hussain has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from The University of Delaware with a concentration in Sustainable Energy Technology.  For his capstone design project, Mufaddal led a team of four engineers in the design, build and testing of a hydrogen powered generator. The Mechanical Engineering Department recognized his team with an award for the best working prototype. After graduation, Mufaddal moved to California to pursue a career in the solar industry. He has two years experience designing high quality photovoltaic systems for residential, commercial and utility-scale projects.

Mufaddal’s enthusiasm for renewable energy extends beyond his work. In his spare time, he educates his community about clean energy technology. His goal is to be a driving force in paving the future of clean energy technology.

Jasper Pakshong holds a B.A. in Physics from the University of St. Andrews where he started the university’s first engineering society. He also worked for Transsolar, a climate engineering firm in Munich, where he modelled temperature and climate change.
Last year Jasper moved back to his hometown of Los Angeles to pursue a career in renewable energy. In Jasper's short time at Flux Energy Systems, he has taken the lead of a 3 MW residential portfolio and has designed over 1 MW of residential solar.  When he's not designing and managing solar and storage projects, Jasper enjoys escaping to the outdoors where he can remind himself of what he is fighting to protect.
